A career  is the sum of professional journey,it is also a one's calling in life.Many people embark on a career because it helps them achieve their goals, such as acquiring more knowledge and experience, taking on more responsibility or earning higher salaries.

These are some ways that you can choose best career that suit you

1. Examine yourself

First examine what you enjoy doing and what value can be helpful indicators about how you like spending your working time. we are not talking about finding and following your passion that approach tends to be misleading and confusing.But it's common to want to feel energized and often? Even excited about what you do. 

Think about your interest , value and trait.this will help you to choose career that suit you

2. Reflect on your motivations 

Once you have put together a list about you, turn to your motivations for working.perhaps you want a career that will pay a higher entry level salary than comparable occupations or one that promises more flexibility so you can work  anywhere.

Most careers won't feature everything you like so it's important to understand your priorities.

Rather than rely on them for a definitive answer, use them to continue learning  more about yourself and your underlying motivations .if they present helpful answers,fold that knowledge into the larger picture you are compiling.

5. Outline your career goals

Before selecting a career, self - reflect by asking and answering guided questions.

Active reflection helps narrow your choice into something more specific.

Once you have narrowed down your options, consider establishing milestones for your career. Research where other people in your field are at five or ten years into their career and make a note of the job titles they have. 

Decide what title or advancement you want to have at these future points. Then, research what you can do to reach those goals. You may undergo training programs,seek specific responsibilities or pursue prerequisite positions. However this will help you choose career that suit you.

7. Compare job requirements to your education

Many jobs have specific education requirements for candidates and new hires, such as obtaining a high school diploma, completing a bachelor's degree program or having a master's degree. 

Some positions also require candidates to have degree in a specific field related to the position.

Review the education requirements for jobs you are interested in and apply for jobs that accept your current level of education.

identifying your core values can help you focus on a career you find fulfilling.it can also help you find field or niche areas you enjoy.

Consider making a list of qualities you think are important in a company or it's employee. You can use this list to search for companies and job descriptions that share these values.

9. Consider your salary needs

Different career can have a wide variety of incomes. For determining how much money you might earn at first,as well as your earning potential after you have gained a certain amount of time and experience while salary certainly doesn't guarantee an engaging, satisfying job, it's an important factor to consider  when mapping your career.
